Reservation Policy and Agreement

Client who booked the reservation assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to any vehicle and/or property during duration of trip caused by them or members of their party.
If vehicle is left unsanitary, the client will be charged a cleaning fee (up to $250.00).
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle (up to $500.00 charge).
If scheduled time runs over, charges will be assessed in 30-minute increments.
Boise Limousine Service is not responsible for any items left in vehicles.
Boise Limousine Service is not responsible for alcohol consumption before, during, or after trip.
No alcohol may be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation may result in early termination with no refund.
Boise Limousine Service has the right to terminate service without a refund to client if any violations of these policies should occur.
Boise Limousine Service will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, and any other conditions beyond its control. If any act of God, authority of law, bad road conditions, storms and/or any other conditions beyond its control, make it, in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate, the carrier should not be liable.

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after reservation: 50% of total will be charged to Client
Cancellation within 24 hours: NO refund
